Our monthly Chislehurst Tea & Chat in-person support group for the secondary breast cancer community meets every second Tuesday of each month, 11.00am - 1.00pm
Run by passionate local patient Nicola Harris-Simmonds, our support group gives people living with the disease the chance to share experiences, advice, and forge new friendships.
We meet at: Resta Coffee, 66 High Street, Chislehurst, BR7 5AQ.

"I was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in July 2021 after having emergency surgery for spinal compression. 
The shock and understanding took me ages to comprehend and I very quickly discovered Make 2nds Count on Facebook and began my journey not feeling so alone !
It is a massive shock to be told you have incurable breast cancer and by finding help and support and making new friends of ladies that completely understand has been wonderful for me. To be launching Tea & Chat in my local area means a lot and I hope that I can help other ladies in a similar position who may be newly diagnosed or have been living with secondary breast cancer like myself. To chat over a cuppa is invaluable and I’m so looking forward to getting started!!"
