In the past seven years, we’ve grown from a small Scottish charity into a UK-wide organisation supporting anyone affected by secondary breast cancer.
We’re proud of how far we’ve come - but we know there’s a lot more to do. There are an estimated 61,000 women and men living with secondary breast cancer in the UK and we want to be there for as many of those as we can.
Our 2025-2027 strategy is shaped by listening. Through surveys with our community, conversations with partners and stakeholders, insights from our staff and trustees, and extensive research, we’ve developed an ambitious plan for the future. Building on our unique strength - our trusted relationship with the secondary breast cancer community - our strategy sets out how we will reach and support more people each year, delivering high-quality, values-driven, and responsive support and information.
Our work during this period will be guided by five clear objectives, all focused on making sure no-one affected by secondary breast cancer feels alone.
