How does secondary breast cancer affect your life?
I get fatigued easily
Bone mets , mean i am unable to stand sill , so cant stand in queues or go to 'standing' events like some concerts
What advice would you give to someone newly diagnosed?
Dont panic , take time to process the information and understand what it means to you and for you . We are all individuals and all resoibd differently. Dont believe the stats , we are do much more

My treatment has stayed the same for 3 years
How many changes to treatment have you had?
No changes to my standard of care , although i have changed my approach and intergrative approach
How are you coping?
I feel positive for most of the time and have learnt to accept that i am not able to do alk the things i once could , but celebrate life and enjoy it
Do the side effects affect your life daily? If yes, please explain
Some days i need a rest day and or sleep in longer
Have you found a routine that works for your everyday life? If yes, please explain
I dont plan too much on one week . If i have a busy few days , i make sure i have a rest day to recuperate
Do you feel anything is missed when it comes to living with secondary breast cancer? Medically or Socially
Medically it is just standard of care and dont look at you as a whole person , how diet , exercise and emotional health can affect your health. More options to look at individuals holistically

Yes , i find things i enjoy and make sure i do something each day that brings me joy , whether a walk with my dog , seeing friends or lots of holidays
