I visited The National Centre for Stereotactic Radiosurgery in Sheffield to get some understanding about stereotactic radiotherapy as a treatment for secondary breast cancer. I was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer (also known as metastatic, stage 4 or advanced breast cancer) in the summer of 2022. I found a lump in my breast but unfortunately, after many, many tests and scans, we discovered it had already spread to my bones.
